The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content on website belong exclusively to website. All softwares used on the website is the property of Dhee traders. Other logos, slogans, trade names or words are registered trademarks, trademarks, or service marks of Dhee traders, its suppliers, or third parties. The use of any Dheetraders trademark or service mark without Dhee trader’s expressly written consent is strictly prohibited. You may not use any Dheetraders trademark or service mark in connection with any product or service or in any way that is likely to cause confusion. You may not use Dheetraders trademarks or service marks in any manner that disparages or discredits us. Termination : We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Return of Products / Exchanges : Please note exchange and buyback are only valid on the products bought from dheetraders.com – any other products will not be accepted, regardless of brand/model, etc. For both exchange and buyback, should we find any deficiencies/defects in the product returned to us (including but not limited to missing stones/packaging, damages, etc.), the buyback or exchange amount shall be adjusted depending on the extent of the deficiency or defect. Provided a valid unboxing video (un-edited) of our product to be provided by the purchaser/ client in all the cases of Return of products / exchange. In case of significant damage, the Company may, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept the product. In all such matters, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
Refund : Please note that refunds take a minimum of 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of the Product at our store/central warehouse.
Governing Law : These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dhee traders and its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to us or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfillment of any of your obligations under this terms of use or arising out of your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.
Processing the Order: Products listed at dheetraders.com website may at sometimes erroneously displayed in terms of quantity or pricing due to but not limited to technical challenges, human error, suppliers order cancellation, natural calamities, etc. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Dheetraders reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. While dheetraders.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Dhee traders shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is priced incorrectly, Dhee traders may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Changes : We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
